Marti began her healthcare journey serving as a Charge Nurse at Eastgate Carespring, Cedar Works, and at ACRMC. She has served in many different positions in the healthcare field over time including as a home health nurse, unit manager, occupational nurse, and a Charge Nurse. Marti started with our company as a Charge Nurse and then MDS Coordinator at Adams County Manor in 2005. Marti became the Director of Admissions for our sister facility, Adams County Manor in 2007. She thrived in this role and has created a name for herself not just in our local communities but in many hospitals and local MD practices she frequents to spread the good news about the high quality care we deliver in our facilities. In 2013, Marti’s role was expanded to include taking on the Social Services Department as the supervisor. That same year, her role was again expanded as she took on the same positions for Morris Nursing Home, effectively making her the Director of Admissions and Social Services over both of our SNFs. Marti is a hard working, wonderful asset to the company.
In Marti’s spare time, she likes to spend time with her grandchildren, refinish furniture, and is an agent with a local Real Estate Company.
