Resident Satisfaction scores are in! What does that mean? Each year, the Ohio Department of Aging sends a survey to a family member, or friend, of each facility resident regarding their perception of the facility’s activities, meals and dining, direct care, and more. We are happy to announce that Morris Nursing Home came in at #11 out of 963 nursing homes in Ohio and #1 in Clermont County for Resident Satisfaction! Thank you to all families for filling these surveys out and for our hard-working staff for making this happen!
